Photography Session Fulfillment Policy

Booking Confirmation: Upon booking a photography session, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the date, time, location, and any necessary preparations for the session. A deposit of $825 is required to secure the appointment, with the remainder due on the day of the review of created images. Upon reviewing images with Judy reinford Photography, the final payment is collected and prints, albums and wall art are ordered. Once this order is placed there are no refunds.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling of the photo session must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee. There are no refunds of the deposit amount of $825. Sessions can be rescheduled for a later date.

Delivery of Photographs: Final photographs will be delivered within 4-8 weeks from the date of the photography session review. Physical prints, wall art or albums if ordered, will be delivered directly to the client's specified address and are expected to arrive within 4-8 weeks after the final images are approved for editing done.

Digital Media: Any order including a digital media, digital files, collection has a no refund policy.

During any Judy Reinford Photography session, outside cameras, cell phones and or other media devices are prohibited without prior consent of Judy Reinford Photography. Outside cameras create chaos and confusion with the subject and tend to result in the best shots compromised by the subject not looking at the correct camera.

We Do Not offer Photography For...

Judy Reinford Photography does not photograph weddings, events or large groups. Prom photography falls under this heading unless it is just one child and his or her date plus parents. Parents must be present if a child is a minor.

Commercial photography is quoted on a job by job basis.

Minors Provision:  Judy Reinford Photography does not photograph minors without a parent present or legal guardian present. This is NOT negotiable. Almost 18 does not count. As apparent please understand that we only have your best interest in mind.  NO EXCEPTIONS

Photographer has the right to terminate session/work if clients act inappropriately, rude or vulgar, harassing or threatening  actions.

Image Storage prior to review

Images are stored for 30 days. The files are very large and take up room. If client has not reviewed images or has cancelled multiple times and has not made arrangements for images to be stored past the 90 days, images are removed from the servers. No refund or credit will be granted by Judy Reinford Photography.

Workshop Fulfillment Policy

Registration Confirmation: Upon registering for a workshop, participants will receive an email confirmation with details about the workshop schedule, location, materials provided, and any preparatory requirements.

Cancellation and Refund: Participants cannot cancel their registration for any online workshop. Due to the nature of digital media and downloads, there are no refunds for any online workshop once purchased. In person workshops each have their own set of policies depending on the workshop. Please see the individual workshop for more details.

Workshop Materials and Access: All necessary materials for the workshop will be provided and are included in the cost of registration. For online workshops, participants will receive an access link and instructions via email at least 24 hours before the workshop begins.

Post-Workshop Support: We offer post-workshop support for any follow-up questions or clarifications needed regarding the workshop content. This support is available via email and is provided for up to two weeks after the workshop.

 Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
